19 sierpnia 2009 r. o godz. 13:00 w kościele p.w. Wniebowstąpienia Pańskiego przy ul. Sielawowej 1 (Osowa Góra ). Pogrzeb odbędzie się po mszy św. na cmentarzu parafialnym w Dąbrówce Nowej.
