Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 5 października 2009 r. po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie odszedł od nas Kochany Mąż, Tatuś, Teść, Dziadziuś, Brat, Szwagier i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 9 października 2009 r. o godz. 11.15 pożegnaniem zmarłego w kaplicy CCK. O godz. 11.50 nastąpi wyprowadzenie i przejazd do kościoła pw. Św. Józefa, gdzie o godz. 12.00 zostanie odprawiona msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.
