Z głębokim żalem i smutkiem zawiadamiamy, że w dniu 12 kwietnia 2010 roku zmarł nasz najukochańszy Mąż i Tata Jan Maciak. Nabożeństwo żałobne odbędzie się w dniu 16 kwietnia 2010 roku w Bazylice Katedralnej w Kielcach przy ul. Jana Pawła II o godz. 13:00. Po Mszy Świętej nastąpią uroczystości pogrzebowe na cmentarzu komunalnym w Cedzynie k/Kielc.
