Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 5.VI.2004 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. N.M.P. gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu przy ul. Wybickiego.
