Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 20.04.2005 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego Bielany do Kościoła p.w. Św. Antoniego, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar podstawiony będzie przy Domu Pogrzebowym Bielany.
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
