Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 13.02.2004 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła p.w. Św. Józefa, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Gałczyńskiego.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.15 przy ul. Reja 62.
