Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 3.11.2004 roku ok. godz. 14.15 Mszą św. żałobną, która zostanie odprawiona w kościele pw. Miłosierdzia Bożego i Św. Siostry Faustyny.
Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Żwirki i Wigury).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony po Mszy św. przy kościele pw. Miłosierdzia Bożego i Św. Siostry Faustyny.
