Pogrzeb odbędzie się 6.03.2013 r. (środa) o godzinie 10.30 na cmentarzu Zaświat w Bydgoszczy. Przeszedł szlak bojowy od Związku Radzieckiego aż za Berlin do miasta Birkenwerder. Brał udział w misji ONZ na linii demarkacyjnej chińsko-koreańskiej i amerykańsko-koreańskiej. Odznaczony krzyżami Kawalerskim, Oficerskim, Srebrnym Krzyżem Zasługi, złotym Siły Zbrojne w Służbie Ojczyzny oraz medalem Zasłużony dla Pomorskiego Okręgu Wojskowego.
