w kaplicy na cmentarzu Podgórskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego do grobowca rodzinnego,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w smutku
Żona i Dzieci z Rodzinami.
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na Hospicjum św. Łazarza.
