Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona dnia 15 września 2012 r. o godz. 10.30 w kościele parafialnym NMP Królowej Różańca Świętego, Gdańsk-Przymorze, plac Najświętszej Maryi Panny 1.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 12.30 na cmentarzu Łostowickim w Gdańsku.
