Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 06.05.2005 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. Św. Janów, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu przy ul. Wybickiego.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy o godz. 12.00.
Rodzina prosi o nieskładanie kondolencji.
