Polonista, w całym życiu zawodowym związana z archiwaliami, książką i młodzieżą.

Człowiek gór, miłośnik muzyki, w ostatnich latach wolontariusz Hospicjum im. Łukasza Ewangelisty w Cieszynie.

Pogrzeb odbędzie się w sobotę, 12 stycznia 2013 r., o godz. 11.00 z kościoła św. Elżbiety w Cieszynie przy ul. Katowickiej na Cmentarz Komunalny.
