Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym zostanie odprawiona w piątek,
dnia 8 czerwca 2012 roku o godzinie 12.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Salwatorskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Żona, Synowie, Synowa, Siostra i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji
