Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 20.11.2004 roku o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich
do kościoła pw. Św. Jakuba Apostoła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Antczaka (od parkingu).
