Msza święta żałobna odbędzie się w dniu 6.12.2012 o godz. 10.00 w kościele pw. MB Królowej Rodzin w Borówcu przy ul. Poznańskiej 107, a pogrzeb tego samego dnia o godz. 12.00 na cmentarzu Miłostowo (wejście od ul. Warszawskiej).

Rodzina prosi, aby zamiast kwiatów złożyć dar serca na rzecz Hospicjum Palium na os. Rusa 25a do skarbonki wystawionej przy kaplicy na cmentarzu.
