Serce złote miałeś i zawsze nas kochałeś.
Skromnym człowiekiem byłeś, od życia niewiele chciałeś,
dla nas nie umarłeś, zawsze w sercach Cię mieć będziemy,
za wszystko, co dla nas zrobiłeś, po prostu dziękujemy.
Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 7.08.2012 r. zmarł
w wieku 79 lat nasz kochany Mąż, Ojciec, Teść i Dziadek
