Szpitala Zakaźnego w Chorzowie. Odznaczona m.in. Krzyżem Kawalerskim OOP, Złotym Krzyżem Zasługi.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się w dniu 6 lutego 2013 roku o godzinie 12.00 w kościele
św. Jadwigi w Chorzowie,
