Teresie Chorążek dzielimy się żalem i dziękujemy za wsparcie Anna, Władysław i Kasia z Mężem Msza żałobna odbędzie się 1.10.2010r. o godz. 8.30 w kościele przy ul. Królowej Korony Polskiej. Pogrzeb odbędzie się 1.10.2010r. o godz. 13.30 na Cmentarzu Centralnym w Szczecinie. Zamiast kwiatków, według życzenia Tereski będziemy zbierać datki na Ośrodek Paliatywny.
