Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, dnia 14 czerwca 2012 roku o godzinie 13.40 w kaplicy na cmentarzu w Grębałowie,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Córka Agnieszka i Kinga, Rodzice, Teściowie i Rodzina

Zgodnie z wolą Rodziny Zmarłego, zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki pieniężne na Hospicjum św. Łazarza w Krakowie
