Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że w dniu 15.01.2011 r. odeszła przeżywszy 47 lat ukochana Żona i Mama Elżbieta Mieczysława LACH z domu Korzeniewska Kochała życie i żyć umiała, a jednak żyła zbyt krótko. Na zawsze zostanie z nami w naszych sercach. Liturgia żałobna odbędzie się w dniu 21.01.2011 r. o godz. 12.30 w kaplicy cmentarnej na Półwsi w Opolu. Pogrążeni w smutku MĄŻ Z CÓRKĄ I RODZICE "Nie umiera ten, kto trwa w sercach i pamięci naszej"
