Z rozpaczą i żalem zawiadamiamy, że 23 marca 2009 roku odszedł od nas mój najukochańszy MĄŻ, nasz TATUŚ, SYN i BRAT śp. JAROSŁAW KRYSTEK Ciepły, serdeczny Człowiek, bez reszty oddany swoim bliskim. Nikt Nam Go nie zastąpi i nic już nie będzie takie samo, jak z Nim. Wszystkich, którzy chcieliby Go pożegnać zawiadamiamy, że pogrzeb odbędzie się w czwartek 26 marca 2009 roku o godz. 14.15 na cmentarzu na Jędrzychowie. Msza św. w Jego intencji zostanie odprawiona w dniu pogrzebu o godz. 9.00 w kościele parafialnym na Jędrzychowie. Pogrążona w bólu Rodzina.
