Uroczystości pogrzebowe 6.12.2014r. o godz.13.00 w Sali Ceremonii w DP "Cultus"-Korzybscy ul. Okólna (Podgórz). Msza żałobna o godz. 14.00 w kościele p.w. św. Piotra i Pawła. Pogrzeb na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej (stary).
