Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że w wieku 56 lat, po wyczerpującej chorobie, odszedł do wieczności mój ukochany Mąż, nasz Tata i Zięć. Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się mszą świętą żałobną w dniu 7.05.2014 r. o godz. 13.00 w kościele parafii pw. Św. Józefa. Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 14.00 na cmentarzu parafii Zwiastowania N.M.P. (Matki Boskiej) przy ul. Marcinkowskiego w Inowrocławiu.
