Wychowanek LO w Łańcucie, absolwent arabistyki Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego, pracownik Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, następnie Sekcji Polskiej Radia BBC, badacz dziejów kultury arabskiej. Człowiek szlachetny i wielkiego serca. Przyjechał z Londynu na zjazd absolwentów LO w Łańcucie i zginął tragicznie w Rzeszowie w dniu 25.10.2012 r. o czym zawiadamiają w imieniu Rodziny zamieszkałej w Polsce Andrzej Meissner Marek Bajda
